Titian Software has offices in the UK, USA and Poland, and has a comprehensive team of specialists on board.
Edmund founded Titian in 1999 and has since developed the company into a leading provider of sample management software. Prior to founding Titian, Edmund had worked in the engineering group at The Automation Partnership (now Sartorius), creating software for robotic sample management systems.
Edmund graduated from the University of Oxford in 1995 with an MEng in Engineering and Computing Science.
Dave joined Titian in 2024 as Chief Revenue Officer, bringing over 20 years of experience spanning roles from the bench to leading operational and commercial teams in the CDMO, CRO and Life Science tools markets. Prior to Titian, Dave was Strategy Director, BioPharma Lifecycle Management at IDBS and previously held roles in companies including Cytiva and Covance.
Dave is based in Boston and holds an MSc in Cancer Biology from the University of Wisconsin – Madison.
Chris joined Titian in 2023 as Chief Financial Officer, bringing with him over 12 years of experience working with private equity backed SaaS and technology businesses both in house and as a consultant. Chris prides himself on building high performing finance and M&A teams, working across the business to drive growth and value.
Before Titian, Chris was Head of Finance & Corporate Development at ITRS a leading Enterprise IT Monitoring and Observability provider.
Chris is based in London, is a Chartered Accountant and has an MBA from Cranfield School of Management.
Alan joined Titian in 2000 and is now CTO, responsible for delivery of the Mosaic product roadmap, as well as the technology used in Mosaic and Titian’s internal business systems. Application Support, Software Development, Testing, DevOps, Quality and IT report in to Alan.
Alan has been involved in software for the pharmaceutical and biotechnology industry for more than 20 years, and has managed Mosaic deployments for many of the top-20 pharmaceutical companies.
Alan holds a MSc in Natural Sciences from Cambridge University.
Graham joined Titian in 2021 to manage our Professional Services division. He is responsible for all of our non-development project delivery – which includes new system implementations, additions to existing systems and upgrades.
Graham has worked in systems implementations and integrations for almost 30 years across various organisations. During that time he has successfully both delivered highly complex projects and programmes for some of the world’s largest companies, and managed delivery and implementation teams and divisions across the globe.
Graham has a BA in Economics from Durham University
Angela Gray has been at Titian since 2015. She has held automation engineering, product management and sales positions in the life sciences and other high-tech industries. She has more than 20 years of experience supporting drug discovery research in both the software and hardware sectors of the business.
Angela previously held roles in companies as diverse as HighRes Biosolutions, Novartis and GNF.
Angela holds a BS in Bioengineering from the University of California, San Diego.
Laura joined Titian in 2024 and is Vice President of Marketing. Laura is an established marketing leader and has more than 30 years' experience working with B2B SaaS technology companies, primarily in the Financial Services market. Laura co-founded Netik and previously held roles in marketing, product, and operations for companies including Temenos Multifonds, Clearwater Analytics, and Instinct Digital.
Laura is based in London and has a BSc in Business Information Technology from Kingston University.
